charge for reservations or cancellations. Understanding that your time
is valuable, we also offer assistance in arranging delivery logistics.
If you prefer, you can handle transportation on your own. When it’s
time to pick up your equipment and finalize the rental agreement,
we’ll make sure the process is quick and easy. Just bring along a few
key items, and we’ll take care of the rest.
A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
At Alpha Equipment Rentals, a valid driver’s license is required as
your primary form of identification to complete the rental process.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment and 21 years
old to haul it. Your government-issued photo ID ensures security and
confirms that the individual making the reservation is the same person
picking up the equipment, reducing the risk of fraud or confusion.
***Proof of insurance is required if you wish to waive the damage
waiver fee, offering a more cost-effective rental option while
maintaining protection for both the customer and our
